Our projects have all been developed and designed in response to the needs of young people and the community. They are all staffed by qualified and trained Youth Workers who will be supporting, training and developing the skills of the community volunteers who wish to work with young people.
Do you feel confused, upset, angry, concerned about your sexual or mental health or need help to fill in a form, want to learn some new life skills, don’t understand a letter you have been sent, need to write a CV, fill in a job application form or just need a cup of tea and a chat? Anyone is welcome with any issue so just pop your head around the door.
Open Door an open access, FREE drop in session for young people aged 15-25 years old. The staff team offers support, advice, information, guidance.
Open Door mentoring is an additional service offered to young people who need more specific 1:1 support .

Fleet Phoenix offers FREE pregnancy testing, condom distribution, advice and information on sexual health and relationships, to any young person under 25.

Smart Music is a music session supporting young musicians aged 11-25 years old. It offers FREE guitar and drum tuition giving young people an amazing opportunity to learn, develop and be creative.

HYPElet is a FREE junior youth club project for 12-14 year olds.
The team work to develop and implement a creative and challenging programme in a supportive, fun and welcoming environment. We enable young people to learn, develop and respond to change.
Come along to meet friends, engage in activities or be challenged to learn and try something new. Come and have some fun!
Jammin is a FREE band rehearsal space for young, up and coming bands.
All young people need to come along is enthusiasm; we can provide all the instruments and equipment you need to get you going. Our staff team can support you in developing your musicianship skills, singing skills, song writing skills and band if that is what you need or just offer you a place to practice where you won’t be told to turn it down!

Is a detached project working in Fleet and the surrounding areas with young people on the streets and in the local parks. The project offers young people diversity, advice, support, education and information. The team work in partnership with local agencies at times which historically see anti-social behaviour hit a peak.
From Friday 10th August, our Walk It sessions are starting up again. At the moment there is a high need for outreach support in the town and surrounding areas. This means we will be making home visits to people who need us, but cant always access the building followed by us making our way around Fleet town and the surrounding area to offer more outreach support.
Sponsored by Fleet Lions, Fleet Phoenix offers an extended summer project to young people every Thursday evening at The Views. The programme this year runs every Thursday from July to August. This project offers young people who are 13+ the opportunity to engage and build healthy and respectful relationships with supporting partners. We offer a FREE BBQ, FREE inflatables, team games and youth issue related workshops and experiences.
We offer a junior outreach project for children aged between 7 and 14 years old during the summer months. The project was developed to offer diversionary activities, issue based information and workshops. Sponsored by Fleet Lions, Fleet Phoenix offers an extended summer project to young people every Monday evening at Larmer Close playing field. The programme this year runs every Monday from July to August. We offer a FREE inflatable, team games and youth issue related workshops and experiences.
TLC is a FREE youth club and an offspring from The Lea summer project for ages 7-14 years.
It is held monthly throughout the year. The team work to develop and maintain relationships with the young people while encouraging positive engagement. We offer a creative and challenging programme where you can come along, have some fun, learn something new, be stretched and challenged and develop early life skills.
Sponsored by Crookham Village Parish Council, Fleet Phoenix offers an extended summer project to young people every Friday evening at the field by Zebon Copse Community Centre. The programme will run Fridays in July to August. This project offers young people who are 7-14 years old the opportunity to engage and build healthy and respectful relationships with supporting partners. We offer a FREE BBQ, FREE inflatables, team games and youth issue related workshops and experiences.
From the 1st July, two of our wonderful youth workers will be doing outreach work over on Zebon Copse.
Lucy and Matt will be around each week on different days and times, so keep an eye out for them and stop them for a social distanced chat.
In the first few weeks they will be getting to know the area, the residents and the local young people.
The Youth Workers aim is to develop effective communication with local young people, to discover what facilities & support they would like in their area and support them in communicating their needs and wants to the relevant agencies.
